Administration

Office Hours and Information:
The office is open from 8.30 – 3.30pm.
We have four School Administration Officers in the Front Office -
Ms Sue Ritchie, Mrs Kim Escolme, Mrs Diana Saw and Mr Barry Deacon.

The School Administration Manager is Mrs Bronwyn Hatzis.

Payments:
Students can make payments at Window 2 before school from 8.30am to 8.45am, Recess and Lunchtime. For parents' convenience and if you have a credit card we can take payments over the phone. We do not take American Express cards. Student accounts are sent out twice a term.

Absentees:
All absentees or lateness must be provided with a note from parents / caregivers. Absentee letters are sent home after 7 days if still unexplained. Please keep us informed if you have changed your address or contact phone numbers. This is also important for the Back to School Allowance data collection.

First Aid:
We have facilities to offer very basic first aid to students (bandaids, heat and ice packs). We ask your assistance in keeping your daughter at home if she is feeling unwell in the morning. We ask that you provide the school with up to date contact details i.e.; work and mobile phone numbers for yourself and two other people who can be contacted for sickness or medical emergencies if we cannot contact you.

Students are not permitted to contact parents directly if they are sick. Students must come to the First Aid office and we will contact you.
